Ingredients 125gCream Cheese (standard 250g block, cut in half) 2 tbspMilk 2 cupsIcing Sugar 50gUnsweetened Chocolate ¼ tspVanilla 3 cupsMiniature Marshmallows 2½ cupsShredded or Flaked Coconut (usually 2 standard packages) 30-40Mini Christmas Muffin Papers Share Recipe

Step 1
Soften cream cheese in microwave for about 20-30 seconds.

Step 2
Add milk and beat until blended well. Gradually add icing sugar and vanilla.

Step 3
Melt chocolate in microwave at fifty percent power for about 2 minutes until almost melted. Stir to completely melt. Add to creamed mixture.

Step 4
Pop marshmallows into microwave for about 30 seconds until they start to melt (not totally). Add marshmallows to mixture and blend in.

Step 5
Drop spoonful of mixture into bowl with coconut. Roll into snowball and place in mini muffin papers.

Step 6
Refrigerate before serving.
